I cannot recommend Elements of Restoration highly enough! Dallas and his team were absolute lifesavers when an unexpected flood hit. Dallas arrived within 30 minutes of my initial call and immediately got to work, preventing any further damage. The flooded area was shared and very public, but Dallas acted swiftly, blocking off the area and ensuring everyone's safety.Throughout the entire process, Dallas and his team kept me informed and guided me every step of the way. Their professionalism and kindness were truly remarkable, especially considering I had never dealt with a situation like this before. I am incredibly grateful for their expertise and dedication. I was impressed with the response time when I called at 1am after my water heater flooded my house from the attic. Dallas arrived in less than 30 minutes and had his extractor going in minutes. I highly recommend his company if anyone ever experiences water damage.

Dallas has been taking care of me for years now. From designing and constructing various pieces for my home, to taking care of severe water damage. He really has proven to be a true Jack of all trades. This company sets the benchmark for professionalism, service, communication, timeliness, and quality of work. I had the unfortunate pleasure of waking up to a flooded front room and closet courtesy of a hot water heater leaking in the attic. At about 7:30 am I called Elements and to my surprise, Dallas answered the phone. I explained my issue and 30 minutes later he was at my house. He conducted a full inspection, then without a hard sell explained what he thought needed to be done. I hired him and within a few hours, carpet, padding, and sheet rock were gone and heavy equipment was in the house and attic drying, dehumidifying, and air scrubbing.Prior to doing any work, Dallas took measurements, moisture content readings, and dozens and dozens of pictures of the damage and instrument readings. And thank God he did because my insurance company has been less than pleasant to deal with, but, fortunately I have all of the evidence I need to have the flood covered thanks to Dallas thoroughly documenting the damage.Dallas came to the house every day for the next several days and continued to monitor the drying process and take readings. Dallas did all of the work himself and he was meticulous in caring for my home and property.I like to give my business to local small business owners rather than the big companies, and I am glad I did on this one. I should add that Elements has also been very patient in dealing with my insurance company.Elements did a great job for me and they have been a pleasure to deal with.

I am so grateful for this company and its amazing crew. They were Johnny on the spot when we had a major flood in our home. Arrived and jumped into work saving our home from mold. They worked tirelessly into the evening and arrived when they said they would. Lynn, was such a great help and the man in charge. He is trustworthy, professional and a nice guy. As much as I hate the reason we came to know him, I am grateful to have met him and had the opportunity to have him spearhead the solution to our devastation. He was compassionate and friendly but never without information to help us and did an amazing job.
